During the first session we will begin the process of getting to know one another. This will be the beginning of an in-depth evaluation process. I will ask many questions so I can understand you: your beauty and strengths, your history, your needs and desires, as well as your suffering and challenges.

You are in control of the entire process. Everything you say* will be confidential. While working to gather as much information as I can, I move at a pace that is comfortable for you.

At the end of this part of our work, I provide you with a comprehensive assessment. This includes reflections on what I believe your needs to be and, if appropriate, the root cause of your suffering and stuckness. Together, we develop clear goals and I tell you what services I believe will be necessary for you to heal the past, master the present and transform your future.
